Allegiant Events is a proprietorship event management company based in Mumbai, India, engaged in the planning, design, coordination, and execution of weddings, social celebrations, and corporate events.

Allegiant Events provides professional event management services including but not limited to:
- Event conceptualisation and planning
- Design and décor conceptualisation
- Vendor sourcing and coordination
- Event logistics and scheduling
- Production management
- On-site event coordination and execution
The exact scope of services for each event will be defined separately in a client agreement, proposal, or quotation shared with the client.
- Engagement & Booking
Engagement of Allegiant Events is confirmed only after:
- Written confirmation from the client, and
- Payment of the agreed booking/retainer fee.
The booking fee secures the event date and initiates the planning process.
Allegiant Events reserves the right to decline service requests or event engagements at its discretion.
- Fees & Payment Terms
Allegiant Events charges a flat project fee for its event planning and management services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment schedules will be outlined in the official proposal or agreement shared with the client.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Payments once made are non-refundable
- Delays in payment may affect planning timelines or vendor bookings
- Allegiant Events reserves the right to suspend services in case of delayed payments
All applicable taxes shall be payable by the client as per prevailing laws.
- Vendor Coordination
Allegiant Events may recommend or coordinate with various third-party vendors including but not limited to:
- Decorators
- Caterers
- Photographers
- Entertainment providers
- Production teams
- Hospitality vendors
While Allegiant Events assists in coordinating these vendors, the final services are executed by the respective vendors.
Allegiant Events will make reasonable efforts to ensure smooth coordination; however, the company shall not be held liable for:
- Vendor delays
- Vendor service quality issues
- Vendor cancellations beyond our control
- Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information related to the event
- Approving concepts, designs, and vendor selections within reasonable timelines
- Ensuring timely payments as per agreed schedules
- Obtaining necessary permissions or licenses when required
Any delay in approvals or communication may affect the event planning process.
- Changes to Event Scope
Event requirements may evolve during the planning process.
Any additional services, design modifications, or scope changes requested by the client after confirmation may result in:
- Additional costs
- Timeline adjustments
Such changes will be communicated and approved before implementation.
- Force Majeure
Allegiant Events shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Pandemics or health emergencies
- Venue restrictions
- Political disturbances
- Strikes or labour disputes
In such circumstances, both parties will work in good faith to reschedule or adapt the event where possible.
- Intellectual Property
All event concepts, design ideas, mood boards, layouts, and creative proposals developed by Allegiant Events remain the intellectual property of Allegiant Events unless otherwise agreed in writing.
These materials may not be copied, reproduced, or used with another event planner or vendor without prior written consent.
- Use of Event Images
Allegiant Events may use photographs, videos, and visual content from events managed by the company for:
- Portfolio
- Website display
- Social media
- Marketing and promotional purposes
If a client wishes to restrict the use of such content, a written request must be communicated prior to the event.
- Website Content
All content on the Allegiant Events website, including text, images, graphics, and design elements, is owned by Allegiant Events or used with permission.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any content without written consent.
- Limitation of Liability
While Allegiant Events strives to deliver the highest standards of service, the company shall not be held liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss arising from vendor failure
- Delays caused by third-party service providers
- Unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control
Liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount of fees paid to Allegiant Events for the specific service.
- Indemnity
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Allegiant Events from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of:
- Misrepresentation of event information by the client
- Violation of applicable laws or regulations
- Actions of third-party vendors engaged for the event
- Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from the use of the website or services of Allegiant Events shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
- Modifications to Terms
Allegiant Events reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Any changes will be effective upon posting on the website.
